After being with Betenbough Companies for about three months I had a health event where I ended up in the ER and had to have surgery. Due to the surgery, I could not work for a week and a half so I could recover which made me think I was going to have a lot of catching up to do when I returned to the office. In my absence, my team and leaders not only took care of my job responsibilities, but each of them called or sent me a text to check on me. Our connections team sent my family a gift card for meals which made a big impact on my wife because our daughter was 5 months old and she was having to care for both of us.
