CaringWire App
This app is the central location for all health insurance information for employees, spouses, and children enrolled in the Company-sponsored Plan. Through this app, you have three main points of contact. The CaringWire app also has a digital version of your health insurance card, and it allows you to share that with others! Additionally, it includes all your dependent information and tracks your deductible.
HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT
If you are an employee, this has already been automatically installed on your company-issued cell phone. Required credentials include your work email, the Org Code: BBH, and name. Once you follow the steps and create your account, it will have a space for you to access the Paragon Gateway which contains all your insurance details.
Spouses and children enrolled in the Company-sponsored Plan can download this as well. Required credentials include, name, SSN, email, Group Number (0076), and Member Number (*specific to employee). Once their account has been created through the app, it will then automatically link all the insurance details.

HSA/FSA
A Health Savings Account (HSA) and a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) are both pre-tax accounts that allow you to set aside money from your paycheck to pay for qualified medical expenses, essentially reducing your taxable income. Unless you opt to use your own bank, Ameriflex is the default provider for your HSA/FSA accounts. You can access your Ameriflex account here.
HSA
- Must be enrolled in a high deductible plan.
- Must not have other coverage that is not a high deductible plan.
- Must not be enrolled in Medicare, Tricare, or Tricare for Life.
- Must not have received specific medical benefits from the VA in the past 3 months.
- Must not be claimed as a dependent on someone else’s tax return.
- Must not be enrolled in an HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement).
FSA
- Dependent Care: for those paying for the care of a dependent.
- Limited Care: for those enrolled in a high deductible healthcare plan (dental and vision expenses only).
- Traditional FSA: for those who waive health coverage or are ineligible for an HAS.
- **Dependent Care FSA and Limited Care FSA can be used in addition to the HSA account.

Medtipster
Your prescription benefits are managed by Medtipster. Medptipster is a pharmacy benefit administrator (PBA), which offers access to pharmacies in your local community and provides tools to assist you in managing and navigating your prescription benefit. You can access your Medtipster account here.
